Registration Information

Campers will be accepted in the order that registrations are recieved, up to the capacity of camp. Prospective campers are encouraged to ask friends to come to camp. Everything's easier with a buddy! Campers are assigned to cabins according to gender and age. Cabinmate requests are honored if possible. Cabinmate requests from CITS will not be honored, as CITs are placed to the best advantage of the camp and their training.

You don't have to be a 4H Member to come to camp!

Any boy or girl between the ages of 7 and 14 is welcome at Camp Leslie, whether they're a 4H Member or not. A large number of campers are not members of the 4H Program at all.

CIT Registration

The Counselor-In-Training (CIT) experience is designed for those campers who will be 14 by the beginning of the camp season (July 9th), and who are interested in becoming better leaders. This program covers an intense curriculum that includes such topics as leadership, conflict resolution, child development, group dynamics, and additional information that leads to the making of a successful Camp Leslie Counselor as well as a community leader. CIT’s must attend two consecutive weeks (Weeks 1 and 2, 3 and 4, or 5 and 6), and will be evaluated by the Camp Staff at the end of their session. All campers who wish to register for the CIT Program must send a completed CIT Application along with their registration form.

Pricing

The camp fees (including deposit) are as follows:

Residential Camp: $445 per week
CIT Program: $330 per week
Day Camp Rate: $275 per week [standard hours]
Extended Day Camp Hours are an additional $50 per week

A Camp Leslie T-shirt is included with the cost of registration!


*A $100 per week non-refundable deposit must accompany registration.
*All registration fees must be paid in full by June 15, 2008 regardless of which weeks campers will be attending
*A $20 service charge will be added for returned checks.
