Available Roles

Waterfront Director

The waterfront director operates and oversees all uses of the camp waterfront, including boating, swimming, and any activities that take place ‘over the wall’ (the waterfront boundary). This individual designs all waterfront programming.

Certifications & Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older

  • At least 6 weeks experience working in a waterfront / aquatics program

  • Red Cross lifeguard certification or equivalent (training available)

  • Red Cross WSI certification or equivalent (training available)

Senior Boy’s Counselor

Counselors work directly with campers, both in activities and in living areas. Counseling staff design, plan, and implement every aspect of camp! Senior staff members are the heart of camp, and are camp community leaders.

Requirements

  • 18 + years of age

  • Strong leadership skills

  • A passion for working with youth
