Camp Leslie Overview

Founded in 1939, Camp Leslie is a residential and day camp open to all youth ages 7 to 14.  The camp is located on a beautiful 14-acre pine grove and athletic field with over 800 feet bordering on Pentucket Pond in Georgetown, Massachusetts.

A well-balanced program of educational activities including, but not limited to, swimming, challenge activities, nature, environmental awareness, and athletics is designed to provide an atmosphere of character building.

The Camp experience gives youth the opportunity to gain valuable life skills in decision making, peer relations, cooperation, and independent living.  Building self-confidence and a positive self-image is a valuable benefit to a week at Camp Leslie.

In addition to the ongoing training of the camp staff, Camp Leslie voluntarily submits to an accreditation process through the American Camp Association (ACA).  ACA Accreditation means that the camp undergoes a thorough (over 300 standards) review of its operation – from staff qualifications and training to emergency management.
